2011 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD I had been in the market for a Tahoe for a few weeks and contacted this dealership by email regarding one that they had on the lot. Within an hour Ray I had been in the market for a Tahoe for a few weeks and contacted this dealership by email regarding one that they had on the lot. Within an hour Ray Johnson had responded to my email and we then talked by phone. I came from out of town (hour and a half away) and was greeted by Ray who took me on a test drive and went out of his way to show me all of the car's features. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show me a few things that sales associates at other dealerships I had visited shrugged their shoulders at when I asked about them. He also went out of his way to explain all of the OnStar features, manufacturer warranty, and answered other questions without hesitation. Ray is an all-around standup guy and personable. I didn't feel pressured into the sale or any extras I wasn’t interested in and he didn’t try to up sale me a different car. Ray was able to work on the price for me to a point where I was comfortable and I ended up buying the car that night. Cory Coe was also very helpful and helped me print out a copy of my proof of insurance while I was waiting on the initial paperwork to be finalized. The whole process went very smooth and I also enjoyed working with Kendrick Davis in the financing department when finalizing all of the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Ray Johnson and Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. More

We had been to 2 other dealerships already and although approved I did not like their terrible customer service and felt like the sales associates were not listening to us. Mr. Ray Johnson from the beginning listened to my husband and I, made us feel like we were a priority, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant car buying experience. The sales manager Mr. Emanuel Matthews was also amazing, ensuring we received the warranty I wanted and making us feel very welcomed and comfortable. BAIT AND SWITCH I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR A $99.95 BRAKE JOB. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON FOUND OUT I HAD A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA HE SAID I C I RECEIVED A COUPON FOR A $99.95 BRAKE JOB. I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.WHEN THE SERVICE PERSON FOUND OUT I HAD A 2013 HYUNDAI ELANTRA HE SAID I COULD NOT USE THE COUPON, IT WAS FOR GM CARS ONLY. I TOLD HIM SINCE THIS WAS NOT PRINTED ON THE COUPON I WOULD LIKE THAT STATEMENT IN WRITING. HE SAID THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD CALL ME. I TOLD HIM HE COULD JUST EMAIL ME THE STATEMENT IF HE LIKED. I NEEDED IT FOR MY COMPLAINT TO THE NC ATTORNEY GENERAL. THE NEXT MORNING I WAS RUDELY AWKENED BY A MAN CLAIMING TO BE THE GENERAL MANAGER AT 7:50 AM! NO APOLOGY FOR WAKING ME EITHER. HE ASKED ME WHAT MY QUESTION WAS? HE WAS TOLD TO CALL ME AND THAT WAS ALL. WHEN I EXPLAINED HE SAID IF HE COULD GET THE AC DELCO PARTS, THEY COULD DO MY BRAKES AND HE WOULD GET BACK WITH ME. IT IS NOW 8:30 PM AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. THE COUPON EXPIRES TOMORROW,APRIL 30, 2014. I DO NOT RECCOMEND REED-LALLIER TO PURCHASE OR SERVICE A CAR. THEY DO NOT APPEAR TO BE CONSUMER "FRIENDLY". THE SERVICE PERSON ASKED ME SUCH QUESTIONS AS: HOW MANY MILES ON YOUR CAR? (ABOUT 33,000) WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR BRAKES? (IF I KNEW THAT I COULD PROABLY FIX THEM MYSELF!) I TOLD HIM NOTHING THAT I WAS AWARE OF BUT JUST IN CASE THEY WERE GOING BAD,$99.95 WAS A GOOD PRICE! I GUESS THAT WAS THE WRONG ANSWER! More
2014 Chevy Sonic Mr. Dwayne Patterson was very straighforward and honest with the vehicles. The exact vehicle was not available but he helped us get the accessories that we wanted put on a vehicle that was already in the lot. He sat down with us and tried to find other options online and he also took us around and showed us other vehicles that we might be interested in. All in all, we found the vehicle we wanted and were able to get the accessories we wanted ordered and installed by the dealership. The price was very reasonable and Mr. Patterson was able to get us the military discount which helped alot more. More
