My salesman was Ray Johnson who went the extra mile to make my car buying experience excellent and the manager Bobby Snipes offered me a fair price for my trade without having to haggle or feel cheated he just stepped up and made a fair offer right out of the gate to earn my business. Finance dept. Manager Emanuel Matthews was professional and a pleasure to work with he answered all my questions and didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't need he found me the best rate that I qualified for. Dwayne was very friendl The moment I stepped out of my car, an auto salesman by the name of Dwayne Patterson was already welcoming me to Reed-Lallier. Dwayne was very friendly and very willing to help me make my decision. I was there to test drive a 2014 Chevy Cruze I had previously seen on the website. Dwayne walked me through all the steps, made me feel valued as a customer and was very honest with me in terms of pricing, history of the car and the the next steps in purchasing the car. I went on a test drive and I fell in love with this car. it rode smoothly and I felt very comfortable driving it. I decided to purchase the car and Dwayne was able to help me get started on the process. Afterwards, I was able to meet with the Finance Dept. and Emmanuel Matthews helped me sign all the contracts and explained to me in detail what each meant. To say the least, it has been 3 days since I've had my Chevy Cruze and I love love my car, all thanks to Dwayne Patterson. The only bad experience I had at Reed-Lallier was that the guy who did a detailing job on my car did not clean it well. I understand that I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but my car feels new to me and I did not appreciate that the guy did not take great care of it. Besides that, I am a very happy customer and I will be referring some friends to Dwayne Patterson at Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. More

Not only did we find the service department, we traded our 2013 Equinox in on a 2014 Malibu. With Dewayne's patience, and after hours of looking, we were able to find the exact car we wanted, for the price we wanted to pay. Couldn't ask for better salesman and better dealership.
