We originally bought a Chevy Suburban in 2018 for my husband. We got a great deal on that car. I initially thought he was a really good sales person and listened to our needs but I never imagined he would go the length he did for our next vehicle. We moved from Fayetteville, NC to Fort Belvoir, VA. A year later, I wanted a newer vehicle because my van was getting a little older. My mom owns a Traverse, so I was leaning towards one. I like the way it drove and the space was good. I have 4 children and 3 of them are in car seats. So space was important. We decided to go the Chevy dealership up here in Alexandria, VA. Worst decision ever! I told the sales person I wanted a new Traverse. He showed me a used Tahoe. I told him that I needed space for the kids and rear entertainment. He again showed me the same Tahoe, saying it had all of those features. My husband really liked it so I reluctantly bought it. The payments I thought were too high for a used vehicle, but I bought it anyway. Long story short, 6 months later, here I am really regretting it. There is literally no trunk space, and we had to take the truck back because the rear DVD player wasn't even working. I have to take his suburban anytime I want to go grocery shopping. So I told my husband to call the gentleman who sold us the suburban. All the way from Fayetteville NC, my needs were met and he went above and beyond. In less than a week I had a brand new 2019 Traverse sitting in my driveway. He had it delivered and the Tahoe picked up. He had all the paperwork prepared. He sent pictures of multiple vehicles to choose from and really listened to my needs. I could call him day, night, Saturday or Sunday and he was there to help. I literally did not have to leave my house for this to happen. This man is amazing and deserves something for his efforts. I highly recommend him.
