He was immediately courteous in a genuine way, not the creepy used car salesman junk. He was informative and attentive, what he didn't know he was honest about and went to find the answers. I want to buy from a real person who I don't feel like an adversary. He had a car to sell and I wanted one. There was no pressure, in fact he made us aware of upcoming vehicles if we didn't 100% like the choices. They worked with us to make a car fit our budget without trying to add on after price crap. I would reccomend this car lot to anyone and Jay in particular. He made us feel at ease and I can't express enough what a genuine guy he was.
