Warranty They don't honor warranties on vehicles, battery went bad at 21 months of owning the car and they won't replace it. Warranty book says different. Radio Silence Since Sale I purchased a certified Nissan in September from Reed. There were several issues with the vehicle, which should have been fixed as part of their certi I purchased a certified Nissan in September from Reed. After several calls, emails, and visits to the dealership - they agreed to fix (most) of the issues. They did not give me the certification paperwork or warranty information. I have called and emailed my salesperson, the sales manager, the general manager, and even the owner over the last several months. During that entire time frame, I have received one response and it was essentially that they would 'get back to me'. That was December of last year. The worst part was that the vehicle had a smoke odor, which Reed promised they would get rid of at the time of purchase, no matter how many times I had to bring it back to them. Instead, radio silence since I left the dealership. Pathetic customer service and outright lies at the time of sale. I bought another certified Nissan from Bill Ray a few months ago and couldn't believe the difference. The car had zero issues and I received all of the certification paperwork and warranty information at the time of purchase. More
