The representative helping us was wonderful however, the dealership has been issues since day one. We drive over 45 minutes each way every time we take the car to get serviced and it’s always an issue or mi dealership has been issues since day one. Not only do the salesmen surround your car before you even park and get out your car trying to get you into something else but also always a minimum of a 4- hour wait for any work to be complete. Service was great although I do have a concern as to if the fluids were topped off with the oil change. This was a free oil change due to the extended warranty and when I came home I had to fill the washer the fluids were topped off with the oil change. Michael was excellent and the problem was addressed under my new car warranty. But when leaving the dealership we noticed my drivers side door was ajar - off line. I didn't bring it in that way.
