Appointment for a basic oil change took over an hour to complete and left me with a GREASY door handle, steering wheel, gear stick, and greasy handprints all over both rearview mirrors, and the front of th complete and left me with a GREASY door handle, steering wheel, gear stick, and greasy handprints all over both rearview mirrors, and the front of the hood. I brought my car in SPOTLESS clean and even specifically asked for it to be returned to me that way. Purchased this car brand new from Regal four years ago and EVERY time I have taken my car in for any service, it is returned to me this way. This is absolutely 100% UNACCEPTABLE from any car dealer. I have photos of the grease I removed from the door handle, steering wheel, and gear stick. It's ridiculous. More

I LOVED working with Rob and the rest of the team at Regal Honda. They got me a shuttle to and from work and even stopped at Dunkin Donuts in the morning ( I need my coffee)!!
