Everyone was virtuous and patient with me. When I returned Civic I specified I needed lumbar support. They said they had just the car. Unfortunately I did not so research on this particular car. Got the positive cable replaced. He put a shim in the negative cable and stretched out the bracket. Instructions were to only replace the positive one.
