I approached Austin and asked if he had access to keys, he replied yes sir how can I be of service. I told him what I was interested in and a few minutes later he pulled up the van, went over the features and asked if I was ready to try it out. It was a great test drive we chatted about general topics as I drove around town. Austin was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. When I decided to talk a trade it was a pleasant no pressure experience. We came to an agreement and Matt Bell, sales manager went over the details and we crunched the numbers for the out the door price. I got what I expected for my 2017 CR-V, and got an exceptional below MSRP price on the 2022 Odyssey. I had a mobility scooter rack on my 2017 CR-V and Austin delivered to my house at my convenience. That is service beyond any expectations. Regal Honda is my preferred Honda Dealership. I always try to do business within my community. I’ve been a happy customer since moving to Lakeland. This is my 3rd new Honda and all have been serviced by Regal Honda. Great bunch of folks, always polite and helpful. More
