Regal handled my service professionally and kept me informed throughout the process. I had been researching trading this year and wanted to try out the new 2022 Honda Odyssey EX-L and. I approached Austin and asked if he had access to keys, he replied yes sir how can I be of service. I told him what I was interested in and a few minutes later he pulled up the van, went over the features and asked if I was ready to try it out. It was a great test drive we chatted about general topics as I drove around town. Austin was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. When I decided to talk a trade it was a pleasant no pressure experience. We came to an agreement and Matt Bell, sales manager went over the details and we crunched the numbers for the out the door price. I got what I expected for my 2017 CR-V, and got an exceptional below MSRP price on the 2022 Odyssey. I had a mobility scooter rack on my 2017 CR-V and Austin delivered to my house at my convenience. That is service beyond any expectations. Regal Honda is my preferred Honda Dealership. I always try to do business within my community. I’ve been a happy customer since moving to Lakeland. This is my 3rd new Honda and all have been serviced by Regal Honda. Great bunch of folks, always polite and helpful. More

I had already taken this van in twice for lights for the tire pressure coming on and I was frustrated because every time I went to go to Moffitt or Tampa General those tire pressure lights were on and I had tire pressure coming on and I was frustrated because every time I went to go to Moffitt or Tampa General those tire pressure lights were on and I had to air up before I could go with a 7 or 8 month old van. I told Levi I wasn't taking that car until that tire was fixed. The other times they just told me to return if needed. I live in Winter Haven, not Lakeland and this car was often on its ways to Tampa to doctor's appointments. I didn't have the time to return. Levi was great. I will ask for him next time. I was Bruce Knowles customer and hated that he passed away. He took very good care of me. Thank you Levi. More
