I have owned 4 Kia’s in over 20 years. This is first time I had hard time getting vehicle in for service. I was told only by appointment and there were none available for that day. I told her I needed headlights that I work nights and both were out! Was still told by appointment only. Not cool! More

Wait time was a little long,however I did not have appointment. I was on the road and tire pressure monitor had went off. I was couple miles from dealership and drove there. Was greeted within 5 minut appointment. I was on the road and tire pressure monitor had went off. I was couple miles from dealership and drove there. Was greeted within 5 minutes and Jorge took all information. The dealership was very courteous and walked my wife and I to waiting area.Jorge came to me about a half hour later and explained that tire had a nail in it and they were working on repair. About 30 minutes later car was done and Jorge came and explained that they patched tire and did not plug it. Then they refilled tire with nitrogen & then had car wash before my wife and I were given keys and sent on our way. Remarkable services, from start to finish. More

Poor service today. It took 2 1/2 hours to tell me that the car had a dead battery. The car sat in the garage all that time, and no one did anything except for a guy who It took 2 1/2 hours to tell me that the car had a dead battery. The car sat in the garage all that time, and no one did anything except for a guy who went around the car poking the tires. I was seated across the garage in the outside waiting area and was able to observe the garage area the entire time. I don't know who was supposed to be working in the car, but he did not do his job today. I would be hesitant to bring my car here again for any kind of service, very disappointing. I drove the car to an auto parts store and within 5 minutes I had the battery tested and withing another 15 minutes I had a new battery installed. More
