I bought my new Kia at Regal in 2018. I have since been there a few times to get service and recalls completed. I have received excellent service each time I’ve been there. Shaun the service advisor, kept me updated and gave me an estimated wait time , and offered to have the shuttle take me anywhere I wanted to go if I chose not to wait.
