Kelsey has went above and beyond to help me when my car needed a battery. I was in Virginia and my battery wouldn’t take a charge. I stopped several places to purchase a battery and no one had one in stock but I could wait 24 hrs which I couldn’t do because if I went to a motel overnight and turned the car off I wouldn’t be able to start it. I called Kelsey, you had the battery I needed in stock but I wouldn’t get home until 3-4am which meant again I would have to idle my car all night. So Kelsey set it up to have a technician come to my house the next day and replace my battery. Employees like Kelsey is what keeps customers returning to have their car serviced. Buying a new car is usually a one time visit but the service department (meaning Kelsey) is what keeps the customer returning and more than likely the next new car they purchase will be from your dealership. More

I drove up to the service center and I was immediately greeted by Mario. He directed me inside. I checked in with him , after asking if I would need a ride or was I staying. I work with George he is magnified a perfect 5/10 deserves a raise. Very knowledgeable about repairs needed. Although your operator was not so great.
