Kelsey has went above and beyond to help me when my car needed a battery. I was in Virginia and my battery wouldn’t take a charge. I stopped several places to purchase a battery and no one had one in stock needed a battery. I was in Virginia and my battery wouldn’t take a charge. I stopped several places to purchase a battery and no one had one in stock but I could wait 24 hrs which I couldn’t do because if I went to a motel overnight and turned the car off I wouldn’t be able to start it. I called Kelsey, you had the battery I needed in stock but I wouldn’t get home until 3-4am which meant again I would have to idle my car all night. So Kelsey set it up to have a technician come to my house the next day and replace my battery. Employees like Kelsey is what keeps customers returning to have their car serviced. Buying a new car is usually a one time visit but the service department (meaning Kelsey) is what keeps the customer returning and more than likely the next new car they purchase will be from your dealership. I drove up to the service center and I was immediately greeted by Mario. He directed me inside. I checked in with him , after asking if I would need a ride or was I staying. I work with George he is magnified a perfect 5/10 deserves a raise. Very knowledgeable about repairs needed. Although your operator was not so great. Bought a car For my pregnant fiance were about to have a new baby2 days after buying the car the door broke had you take it back and get it fixed when I bought the car there was a inch size chip in the pain new baby2 days after buying the car the door broke had you take it back and get it fixed when I bought the car there was a inch size chip in the paint on the back passenger side door was told it would be fixed and then told I'd have to pay for to be fixed unacceptable I understand that I didn't buy my girl the most expensive car on the lot but still customer service is the most important aspect of your business I'm extremely dissatisfied and contemplating bringing the car back in just going back to Chevy because all in all my experience was below average was poor to say the least More
