Got a great vehicle at a good price. I felt rushed through the sales process and management wouldn't budge on dealer fees. The finance rep was obviously sick, blowing his nose and coughing. I light of everyone being hypersensitive to cleanliness and sickness, I do not believe he should have been working while ill. I did have a warranty item repaired by the service team. Though it took 3 weeks to get the part, it was replaced without any cost to me (as expected). Jarrett took great care of me before, during and after this service appointment. More
Went in for a used car then decided for a new one. David was great at guiding us and helping choose. When it came to the financing, it went downhill from there. They offered me one rate for finicing, then k was great at guiding us and helping choose. When it came to the financing, it went downhill from there. They offered me one rate for finicing, then kept adding charges to it, then called an hour after i left to offer another lower rate. They checked my credit score one time with my consent, second time without. I decided to finance with my personal bank instead. They became arrogant and rude after that. Finance guy was going around the showroom speaking loudly about my new financing and rate, telling me how my new agreement was not going to be worth anything and how im making a bad choice. I wanted to cancel my previous deal, they kept going back and forth giving excuses offering me other deals just to make business. Managed to cancel everything luckily, not going back there. More
