Customer service was awesome. Fantastic experience. Nice and quick. The only issue was dealing with the check I wrote. It was odd that I had to go get a cashiers check because TELECHECK didn’t approve the check after a few days. My bank dealing with the check I wrote. It was odd that I had to go get a cashiers check because TELECHECK didn’t approve the check after a few days. My bank even called and talked to the finance rep and indicated the check was good. Seems like TELECHECK should have been bypassed at that point. Instead they put it on me to find an alternate payment method or call TELECHECK myself. TELECHECK still hasn’t called me back after a week. Had to make an unnecessary trip back to the dealership.
