Took my Kia Sorrento in on October 6 to get the oil changed ~they told me they topped off all my fluids and also my air pressure in my tires~ picked it up and I noticed they didn’t do it in the tires b changed ~they told me they topped off all my fluids and also my air pressure in my tires~ picked it up and I noticed they didn’t do it in the tires because the right front always runs 3 or 4 pounds lower and they were still at the same tire pressure ~ I just noticed when I went to use my washer fluid it is still empty ~did they top off any of my fluids ?~did they even change my oil ?~I’ll have my husband check when he gets home~ I did talk to someone trying to get a hold of a manager, she said ~well, they usually do it but sometimes they get busy but most of the time they do it ~wth~well sometimes can I pay less than $58 ??? just asking ~~not happy with service at all and how many times have they been to busy in the last three years~ 🤔 More
