Engine oil bath I went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation it was done in a timely manner and I thought wow ok this went very smoothly. When I got hom I went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation it was done in a timely manner and I thought wow ok this went very smoothly. When I got home I opened the hood to double check things like I always do. I was completely shocked to find oil splattered all over the engine. I removed the engine cover only to find puddles of oil all in the valve cover and around the ignition coils I can not understand why this happened and why it was t cleaned up. If the technician can not even do a simple oil change right then he is not the right person for the job. The oil goes INSIDE the engine and not all over the outside. There was even oil splattered up near the wipers. I could not bring my car back because I had to work. i wish I would have checked before I left so that they could see the huge mess that was made. This is just simply unacceptable and was a very bad service experience. More

I’m not pleased with the service center because my car is still doing what I told them it was doing before service. Only thing is it took a day for the problem to come back after I picked i because my car is still doing what I told them it was doing before service. Only thing is it took a day for the problem to come back after I picked it up from the service center. I have to miss work because they never have the parts for my car they always have to order them and they don’t even rush the delivery for the part. They have never offered a loaner or a rental and to me if your going to have someone’s car a few days you should offer that and not leave the customer scrambling trying to find a way to work. i hope to talk to the manager because I feel the technicians are just guessing on what’s wrong with my car. More

Great and very timely service I just got home from a very long road trip and needed the car thoroughly serviced. They did need to be replaced and Regal completed the job quickly even though that was an unexpected add on to the service I needed.
