Greg Schmidt is a really knowledgeable and tremendously helpful when it comes to the KIA brand and sorting out what it is I wanted in a new KIA without breaking the bank. My Husband and I bought my first KIA (2013) and returned for an oil change and service recently,(great service dept. Patient and willing to spend the time to answer questions!) only to end up leaving with a new KIA (2015). Greg and Charlie Norwood worked to help get us into the new KIA without breaking our pocketbook, understanding numbers, paperwork and made sure all questions and concerns were answered (No Pressure). We were also given phone numbers if thoughts came about after we got home - I love this Dealership and it’s customer service culture!! Greg and Charlie are keepers!!! Kudos guys! More

Greg made the most painful of the car buying process (the price negotiations ) as painless as possible. Greg was with me through all the steps necessary to get me into my new Kia Sorrento and on my way home.
