I feel he cares enough goes out of his way to acknowledge me whenever I come for service. Furthermore, I do ALL of the service at Regal because Angel, Glenn and Jeff are polite, address my concerns, and stay on top of my car/time needs. That on top of the value I get for my dollar. Great Experience. Glad I bought my KIA I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available w I purchased my KIA Rio in December and I have to say, the main reason was my salesman, Sam Rager. He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future! More
