I came in for oil change and found out there's a recall on my vehicle. I agreed to fixing the recall. I was then advised the test failed and that the entire system had to be replaced. Kelsey advised me that they will put me in a rental car but because it was so late I would have to get the rental car the next day. The dealership had my van for over 2 months. Within that time frame I only spoke to Kelsey Johnson once. Which was the day after as there was an issue when I went to pick up the rental car from Hertz. I had to call in multiple times to check the status of my van and to advise them to entend the rental. As hurts will call me whenever the vehicle wasn't extended. Every time I ask to speak to my advisor I was advised she was not available or she was not in. I was notified by Hertz car rental rep that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He advised that he had went in to the dealership the day before and they advised them that my van was ready. I called the dealership and they advised me that my van was ready. I asked him if I could come in the next morning as I was at work. When I arrived at the dealership it was not ready as the text still had the paperwork. Again my advisor was not there. I was told I had to pay for the oil change. Under the impression that my oil change was paid for the day I left my car at the dealership. The advisor who was assisting me spoke with the manager the manager waived the oil change fee. At first they couldn't find my vehicle. When they pull up my vehicle up I noticed my tires were going flat. I requested they put air in my tires. When t More
I recently bought my new Kia Carnival and received your survey. I was all prepared to tell you about what great service I received from Regal Kia in Lakeland. But it asked what other dealer I’d visited an survey. I was all prepared to tell you about what great service I received from Regal Kia in Lakeland. But it asked what other dealer I’d visited and why I didn’t buy from them. I didn’t get to tell you how pleased I was with our salesman Giovani from Honda Regal where we started. He was able to drive us there in a new odyssey so we could compare it to the carnival. He introduced us to Greg and Chris the general manager who were knowledgeable and friendly. As they were closed on Sunday, a plus in our book, we came back on Monday to bring our son who tested it again. Again everyone was super nice and we were not rushed. We closed and the finance person was super, explaining extra packages but in no way did he pressure. Meanwhile they cleaned it up, gassed it up and Fadahl Zein showed us how to operate it. He discovered in the cleanup that he would have to order the floor mats. He offered to send them in the mail but we said we’d drop by. Within the week they were there. We returned and he topped off the tank and placed the mats in the vehicle for us. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car and I’m over the moon with our Kia Carnival.
