Had appt for 7000 mile checkup and tire rotation. I guess because it was an EV they did not have to do checkup and I waited over 2 hrs for a tire rotation. So much for an appt. I live in Dade City and drove almost 2hrs round trip for this non-service appt. I could have had my tires rotated at a local tire shop. Obviously an appt means nothing to your service dept. I will not reccomend to anyone. More
