This is the third survey I have completed since my service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given a service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. And the drink that I had in my front cupholder was turned upside down on the back seat floor. The main reason for this service appointment was to have the floor vents fixed. However they still do not blow out hardly any air, but are very loud. More
Absolutely terrible customer service. It has now been 45 days since purchasing my vehicle and still do not have a title or any sort of registration for this vehicle. After calling several It has now been 45 days since purchasing my vehicle and still do not have a title or any sort of registration for this vehicle. After calling several times over several weeks we finally got some sort of information from the tags and registration department. I was originally working with Pete who seemed to have no idea what was going on from the beginning of the process as we wanted to get my vehicle registered in South Dakota. At no point was I ever explained that registration would be going through a 3rd party and everything would be handled. At no point was I informed that all registration fees will be apart of my purchase price. I understand that these may have been in the contract, but what a terrible way to go about things without letting the customer know what is going on. After trying to get into contact with Pete he began screening my calls and not returning any messages. This is extremely childish and unprofessional. His job was not complete and to be honest it never was done properly from the beginning. Every time I asked a question he would give me the run around and pretend like he knew what was going on but clearly never did. Eventually we got into contact with someone else and they informed us of the entire situation. Now that we finally found out what was going on I was still informed that I will now have to wait ANOTHER 45 days to get my plates after already waiting 45 days. Luckily I was told all late fees and fines will be paid for or else this would be a much bigger deal. On top of that I have had to request 4 separate times for another temporary license plate in which Pete never responded. It’s wild how difficult of a process this has been due to incompetent workers. I would never recommend someone to go through Regal if they had to deal with the same difficulties I have had. More
