I'm back for a 2nd time, yesterday when I left I noticed my tire on the car was veering to the right again, I called Jeremy when I got home to let him know about it. He said to come back and he would take c my tire on the car was veering to the right again, I called Jeremy when I got home to let him know about it. He said to come back and he would take care of it. So today I returned to Kia and explained to the man what was happening to my car. He said that Jeremy wasn't in yet but he would get me checked in to start on the vehicle, I was explained that I had to come from Winter Haven. He said He would compensate me with a filled up with gas. So I went to wait one more in the lobby. Jeremy came in and he explained to me that they are working on it. He explained that it was the new tire that wasn't working right, so they did a rotation of all the tires and test drive to make sure it's right this time. Jeremy checked me out and explained their wasn't a charge for it and it shouldn't be since I payed for it yesterday. He escorted to my car and opened the door. I had to mentioned to him what the other man told me this morning about the gas. The younger man asked me to get out of my car and He would go and get the gas for me and He returned and I departed. My car seems to be better than It was. Thank Regal Kia for going far & beyond to help out your loyal customers. May God Bless you!! and continue providing service to all your customers. More

I would like to express my feelings today about my experience with Regal Kia. I get there @ 830am, The service department immediately checked me in. I was told that it wouldn't be a long wait. I'm gla experience with Regal Kia. I get there @ 830am, The service department immediately checked me in. I was told that it wouldn't be a long wait. I'm glad I'm patient person during the 5 1/2 hours wait time I had to endure. Jeremy came up and introduced himself to me and explained why it was taking so long and through out the many hours I was there. He kept checking on me and asking if I could get you anything let him know, I just wanted to leave by that time. I was tired of waiting and I had to postpone my daily activities in Lakeland today, I realized by that time it was pretty much over on my day off. Jeremy rest assured me that they had been working on my car to give me an estimate. So by choice I had to wait longer time frame. Jeremy was still checking on me and I'm forever grateful for him, Then finally after hours Jeremy told me my car was ready. I was so happy and ready to leave I paid for it and he escorted to my car that was nice of him, We chatted a little longer and then I left. Thanks Jeremy for looking out for the customer, I really appreciate it. More

We have had a problem with our car since December we’ve had it there at your service department many times and they can’t seem to find the problem. Our warranty is up soon and I am not going to be happy if had it there at your service department many times and they can’t seem to find the problem.
