Been to the dealer for the same problem 4 times and it still did not get resolved. Technician lied about the work he done. Car is consuming oil and has had 3 oil changes in the last 2 months. Manager tried to tell me 3quarts low after 1,000 miles is normal. Still no resolution for this problem. Very unhappy with Regal and the staff, the staff was very unkind and didn’t seem to be concerned. Apologized but never resolved the issue More

This diagnostic service was done thoroughly and completely satisfactorily. Here is the bit...A multi inspection was also done. Completely and thoroughly. I did not ask for these service to be done. I specifically said no car wash. I got a car wash, BUT, I had said no car wash. . My TIME was very limited is the reason I did not ask for any service except the diagnostic service, which was done thoroughly and completely., I was impressed with the Kelsey's knowledge and service.
