All the service people were very friendly! The service manager, Jorge Benitez, went out of his way to make us happy. The part was still under warranty. So we paid not so much as was quoted. Asked for tires to be rotated and don't think they were. They pulled off the old oil change sticker on windshield and left sticky glue on windshield.
