Took van in for 3 recalls. They did 2. Didnt have parts for 3rd. Said it would be 2 or 3 day he would call. No call yet. oil change, tire rotation, check vehicle out I am always satisfied with the service at Regal Kia but I think not vacuuming vehicles out to speed service is a stretch. I LOVE IT.. The service department is also awesome, they keep you informed of the time its going to take with your vehicle and the type of items that will need to be fixed. Also very clean establishment, water and coffee while you wait. I have bought three Kia's from there 2007 Kia Sportage, 2014 Kia Sportage and now 2017 Kia Sorento. I call them Family!. More
