I received an email from one of your managers, Mr. Cooper. Here is a copy of that email. I don't understand why no response was made from that email, but I receive one from my rating. Thank you for your time. Mr. Cooper, I will not lie, I was super excited to be able to buy the car that, for real I always wanted. Ever since the Optima was introduced I fell in love with it, the design, style the overall look of the car. When I pulled up into your lot, Trey was pulling up in the car, I felt like it was destined. She was beautiful with the exception of a couple of blemishes, no problem. I spoke with Trey regarding the issues and he stated that he would take care of it, perfect. The issue was markings on the hood. I returned later that day to pick up the car and to my surprise, the car had a lot of markings that were not there before. Trey and I walked around the car and they were all over. Trey proceeded to tell me that they are watermarks, washing the car would get them out. I have sent my time and my money to try and get these marks of the car since I purchased it, If I was allowed I would have returned the car because before your detailer tried to remove the marks from the hood, it was perfect. You will most likely read this and discard it to your trash pile. Regal already has a sale and an unhappy customer. I have spent my money and time to fix a mistake that should have been corrected by your dealership since the problem was caused by your detailer. I love my Optima, call me crazy, I was just left with a bad situation that I will remember when it comes to the next time I go to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you for your time, Enjoy your holiday season.
