The sales process was absolutely amazing but the service after I signed went down really quickly. From the car not being delivered when originally promised (it would have been ok if I would have been told after I signed went down really quickly. From the car not being delivered when originally promised (it would have been ok if I would have been told but nobody got in touch I had to make the call to find out) I also had to contact them for my registration and no reply so I went to the tag place had to pay for the paperwork only to receive the paperwork in the mail two days later. I again reached out cause I was only given one key I also asked about plastic floor mats and I was told they would give me a price (why should I haveI to pay for another key???? Every car I ever bought I was given two sets and my Accura dealer in New Jersey gave me the plastic floor mats no charge. Even after the conversation to this day I have not received a follow up call. Still don't have another key or floor mats. So I'm not a happy customer. More
