Actually, my 5* rating is for the Service Dept. My rating for the Sales Dept., based on my most recent experience with a VERY inexperienced Sales person, would be 2 stars and only because of being fr rating for the Sales Dept., based on my most recent experience with a VERY inexperienced Sales person, would be 2 stars and only because of being friendly and nice. However, next time, I'll ask for someone that actually KNOWS the car they are selling me. Thanks to the Service Dept., my "new" used 2018 Honda CR-V got a new AC compressor (which the Sales person didn't tell me was needed or going to happen), fixed wipers that kept scratching across the windshiled, finally got me an extra key/fob after waiting 6 weeks for it and having to come back twice to get the car programmed to the key, and replacing the battery after I'd had the car about 6 weeks. I feel the Sales person should have checked and made sure the car they were selling was in excellent condition and did not have all these various outstanding and time consuming issues that I had to take care of without any of their help. I basically had to do all the work. And CarPlay, don't even get me started about that. After Sales connected it for me, it then quit working the next day. Later, after spending an hour trying to figure out why it wouldn't work, Sales said "take it back in for an update." I did not want to spend another 2-4 hours at the dealership so instead, I read the manual and discovered CarPlay only works on a dedicated USB port in the car. Why didn't Sales know that?!? I'd never had CarPlay before but Sales should have known to tell me this. Also, the car was not cleaned properly and Service took care of that too by providing me a Detail at no charge. We've purchased three NEW cars at Regal since 2000 and this was the first time for purchasing a used car. So, not impressed at all with Sales in Used Cars. Really appreciated all of Kyle's excellent follow up and Ray's assistance too! More
