David was instrumental in the purchase of my vehicle. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. After the sale he was still engaging to ensure that I was completely satisfied! The reason the dealer only received 4 stars is because when I took ownership of the vehicle, after it was detailed, there was paint overspray from somewhere on the truck. While David did offer to take care of it, I just didn’t not have the time right then. Zack in the finance office was also very amazing and patient with me while I was deciding on this purchase. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience!! More

Excellent Customer Service I recently had to replace the battery in my 2015 Elantra and it caused my radio to stop working. I called Regional Hyundai because they have helped me I recently had to replace the battery in my 2015 Elantra and it caused my radio to stop working. I called Regional Hyundai because they have helped me with other issues before. I spoke with Wayne on the phone and he told me to come by and they would take a look at the radio issue no charge no appointment needed. I got there and within less than 15 minutes my radio had been fixed, they had to replace a fuse. They didn't charge me a dime! Joe and Wayne took great care of me. Like I said this is not the first time I've used Regional Hyundai for service on my Elantra. My experience with them has always been excellent. They really have great customer service and are very committed to taking care of the customer. I highly recommend them! More
