I had a Nissan OEM charging pad installed in my newly purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM. Won’t be buying another vehicle from ( Un) Reliable Nissan. More
