When I arrived Briana S. was on the phone. I spoke with another advisor a young man and told him I had an appointment at 1:00. He took my info and got things rolling. My vehi was on the phone. My vehicle only needed a bolt installed on the rear bumper, which I believe should have not taken very long. I was there for over an hour. I also believe that Briana and the young male advisor could work on their customer service skills. They need to pay more attention to their customers. More

Service advisors I dealt with on 7/31 were horrible. I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out I had to call several times to get updates on my car with no response. Finally called the service mgr and he told me my service advisor Ramon was out sick and that the computers were down which delayed work. So why didn’t I get a call with any of this information?? Totally unacceptable customer service. And so I missed work another day so the work could be completed. And again I had to be the one calling for updates. Why such a lack of communication. Also was informed that I had told the female who checked me in that I had said I did not need to be called; that was a lie. Why would I not want to know the status on my car? That was wrong on so many levels. More

I went to have an alignment done on my car. While waiting for my car I went to parts counter to see if they had an accessory available. The employee there was just plain rude. When asked if anyone was working the counter his response was, "I'm working" then proceeded to ignore me. He also gave me a name that was not his. I complained to manager and they confirmed name he gave me was not correct. His behavior was disgusting. Especially considering how much I had to pay for the darn alignment. So I paid for an alignment and to be treated like poop. Thanks Nissan (NOT). More
