The people in the shop do great work. I would give them a 5-star rating. Kudos to Toni, Joey and Carlos in the service department. The reason for the one-star rating is because of the ser I would give them a 5-star rating. Kudos to Toni, Joey and Carlos in the service department. The reason for the one-star rating is because of the service department manager. This gentleman can use some customer service training. After being told my vehicle was done, I seen some lights on my dash panel. Which has happened in the past, basically the computer needed to be reset. I was told that I needed brakes and would have to wait until the next day. Finally, after getting the run around 3 times my vehicle was done. It did take a call to the dealership manager to get that done. This is the only bad experience I've had there. More
