I had an oil change last week. The technician did not put the dipstick back in correctly. I have oil all over my brand new driveway and had to bring my car back in to fix the leak. It was really a hassle to rearrange my schedule to bring my car back in and then wait for an hour. The last time I was in, the technician didn’t do something right with the gasket or something, and I had another oil leak that had to be fixed. I hope this doesn’t become a pattern… More

I have ox warranty insurance and when I spoke with them they stated they are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 until 4:00 and if Just a heads up.
