They fight me all the time I go change my oil. I ask them not to mess with my tire pressure the ignore my request. Even with an appointment the take 2 hours or longer to service my car. This last appointment the said they rotated my tires that didn't. The said I had a nail in my tire offering to repair it, they didn't. I would rather go to Wal-Mart to get an oil change. I waited for 3-1/2 hours for a recall correction. After waiting I was informed the the recall was not loaded in to the module and I would have to come back in 2 weeks to do it all over again. I am glad they were able to identify that I had a bad battery, however when they installed the new battery all sensors needed to be reset, I had low tire pressure and they didn’t fill them, I would think battery, however when they installed the new battery all sensors needed to be reset, I had low tire pressure and they didn’t fill them, I would think this could be done as a courtesy of the dealership, I can go to any tire shop and have this done which was exactly what I had to do, which shouldn’t have been the case being that they had my car over 5 days More
Service advisor was excellent. Got my vehicle checked in quickly, showed me to the waiting area and got me out the door in 50 minutes. One detractor though.
