We had a bad experience the previous time because the dip stick was left out causing problems for the next several weeks with smell of gasoline and found that the mechanic left out the dip stick causing flui stick was left out causing problems for the next several weeks with smell of gasoline and found that the mechanic left out the dip stick causing fluids to spray under the hood after we took back for service. We spoke with manager and he agreed to have next oil change and tire rotation without cost since they made that mistake. When we took the car in, the oil was changed however the tires were noted as rotated but my husband had marked the tires and pointed out to the mechanic that it was not done. He apologized however the tires were not rotated to correct this mis doing by service department. I am very disappointed and have lost hope for good service at Reliable. More

I loved my Murano Nissan! But when service told us the transaxle was warped that was it. Sold it! We didn't care for the new Muranos so went with something else.
