Avoid this dealership! I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from Renton CDJR. Once I got home I noticed several defects in the paint and tires. After a month of back and forth with the sales manger, an estimate from an auto body shop, and inspections by another Ram dealership to verify the damage ultimately resulted in “Well, you didn’t notice it at the time of purchase so it’s not our responsibility.” I admit, I should have gone over the truck with a microscope. Generally when I buy a brand new vehicle I expect it to be undamaged, call me crazy. I spent over $80,000 and literally never RECEIVED a single phone call from any manger, let alone any solutions from CDJR, despite leaving multiple voicemails asking for a return call. At CDJR of Renton you will pay a premium price, you may not receive a premium product, and certainly will not receive premium support for your purchase. There a many dealerships in the Seattle metro area and great options for online purchasing. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. More
