The Service Department will rip you off. I called Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat and asked if they would give me the Immobilizer pin code for my 2019 Ram 1500 so that the locksmith c I called Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat and asked if they would give me the Immobilizer pin code for my 2019 Ram 1500 so that the locksmith could program a key fob for me. I was told that I would need to schedule a vehicle diagnostic at a cost of $225.00. I then called Bud Clary Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was told that if I brought in picture I.D. and proof of ownership they would print me out my vehicle's Immobilizer PIN at NO CHARGE. I will be purchasing all of my parts and service work from Bud Clary Ram in Auburn. I will never, for any reason, step foot on the lot of Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat. They are a bunch of crooks. More

I am Surprised & Disappointed to discover the manufacturing Defect & Discoloration on my New $50,000 Jeep was handled so Poorly by their Service Department, by not "scheduling" an appointment to manufacturing Defect & Discoloration on my New $50,000 Jeep was handled so Poorly by their Service Department, by not "scheduling" an appointment to ACTUALLY see it in person & Only using pictures that I had taken to submit to Chrysler, as a claim, which they DENIED then, they "blew me off" with a phone number that I could call, which is a Complete Waste of Time, after it was, already, Mishandled & left me with the SAME problem & NO documentation !!! More
