Absolutely horrible customer service and no quality standards at this dealership. Your time and money are better spent at one of the other CDJR dealerships in the area. It's a crapshoot on whether or not they'll actually do the service and it seems the techs here take shortcuts. Do not expect management to 'make it right', it seems they're the ones responsible for this low quality work culture at the dealership. More
