Just took delivery of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for, but worked hard to find me the perfect vehicle. None fit my needs (and wants!) perfectly, and he never tried to push me to buy what they had. Instead he worked with the new car manager (Mario) and together they located exactly what I wanted! It took a few days to get the unit shipped in and cleaned up, and when I picked it up I couldn't have been happier! There were plenty of sales people at the dealership, but I was extremely happy that I got to work with Lorenzo and Mario. I had been to this dealership in the past, and had never been impressed, but Lorenzo and Mario have changed my opinion!
