While waiting for our new Wrangler to arrive (about 8 weeks) we decided to trade in our other car for a new Grand Cherokee. Both Lorenzo and Mario went above and beyond to make sure that they found the perfect Grand Cherokee for us. Lorenzo stayed in close contact throughout the entire process, and I would recommend that everyone work directly with him to purchase a vehicle. He isn't the typical car dealer, and seemed more concerned with our happiness than his commission! More

Just took delivery of a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The dealership did not have exactly what I was looking for, but worked hard to find me the perfect vehicle. None fit my needs (and wants!) perfectly, and he never tried to push me to buy what they had. Instead he worked with the new car manager (Mario) and together they located exactly what I wanted! It took a few days to get the unit shipped in and cleaned up, and when I picked it up I couldn't have been happier! There were plenty of sales people at the dealership, but I was extremely happy that I got to work with Lorenzo and Mario. I had been to this dealership in the past, and had never been impressed, but Lorenzo and Mario have changed my opinion! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if they ask for Lorenzo and Mario! More

Adrian helped us purchase our 2012 Jeep Liberty. Overall, he was friendly, patient and helpful. I could tell he was relatively new to Jeep products (he referred to the SkySlider feature as something else), b he was friendly, patient and helpful. I could tell he was relatively new to Jeep products (he referred to the SkySlider feature as something else), but he didn't pretend to know things that he didn't; when we asked something, he would take the time to make sure he had the right answer for us instead of giving us a "oh sure!" kind of answer. He was not overly pushy or aggressive, which went a long way for us. When we made a comment like "we don't care what the monthly payment is until we determine the price of the car itself", he listened, accepted that and transitioned to the next stage of the transaction. And I guess that's what it comes down to: when we said something, he listened to what we said and respected it. When we stated features or options we were strong on getting, he would ask confirming questions like "would you consider this color if I could give you a better price" or "would you consider this option if you could have the car today", but he never tried to continue or hard sell us on something we had already ruled out and never tried to tell us what we did or didn't want. We came and left the lot three times over two weeks in our search and Adrian made us feel welcome to browse without a lot of pressure on "what can I get you to drive off the lot TODAY!" When we were ready to leave the lot in our earlier visits, there was no uncomfortable pressure to stay and deal. The only calls we received from Adrian between visits were when he had a line on a vehicle that exactly fit within the parameters we left with him. He was patient and generous with his time, and definitely earned our recommendation and repeat business when we are again ready for a car. More
