Repair was done in an orderly fashion however the root of the problem was not resolved. I don't know if a test drive was done after the alignment but the Jeep is still a hazard to drive. I waited at least 15 mins before someone actually asked if I needed assistance: all the while I was being ignored by staff. I told Matt that I needed the blind spot monitor fixed and front end brake pads i if I needed assistance: all the while I was being ignored by staff. I told Matt that I needed the blind spot monitor fixed and front end brake pads installed. I waited 4 hours to be told that I needed more than 11000$ of repairs. Half of those repairs I had done in the past 6 months, ie. radiator and brake flush, tune up, etc. So, I knew you were trying to rip me off. My car is in excellent shape besides the two issues described. I paid over 300$ for something I didn’t request and for nothing. I will file a complaint with the BBB and the Washington AG. Shameful you took advantage of a disabled veteran. More
