I did most of the work on finding the car I wanted and it was at Riata. The purchase process was pretty easy except I got home to find out the sound in the car didn’t work. Two trips - two times off from work and they couldn’t figure it out. Lots of attitude from JD Brooks - probably doesn’t belong in the service industry. Nicole was awesome and very helpful. My vehicle was ready very quickly and I was able to pick it up with no issues. RIATA in manor was great. I felt I wasn’t pushed into buying a vehicle. The sales folks don’t seem to know much about the Mustang Mach E but they were nice. The man behind the sales counter that calls all the shots seemed angry. I absolutely hate that sales people aren’t anything but a front man to the sales manger behind the sales counter. I’d rather just deal with the sales manger since the sales people apparently can’t make any decisions and constantly being left alone for 20-30 minutes at a time while the sales person is constantly running up to talk to the sales manager. My first offer for my trade was absolutely offensive. Usually after a sale you’d like to feel your part of the dealership family but I walked away feeling like they just wanted as much money as they could possibly get from me. I chose this dealership because it in my little town and I wanted to keep my dollars in my community. When it’s time to get another car I’ll probably skip this dealership and go somewhere else. If you want to have a friend or family member buy a car from here you are not allowed to come with them or you cannot receive finders fee for sending a sale their way which is probably one of the biggest lines of crap I’ve ever heard. With that said if you’re looking for small town dealership feel you aren’t going to get that here and I’d seriously consider shopping other dealerships. More
