Took car in for 20k mile checkup. Four hours later, we ask Elena about our car status and find out we are waiting for an air filter to finish the service. Odd that they didn't check inventory before scheduling service. Also was given a free oil change and tire rotation (based on a previous service issue) that was a $56 credit (paid $50 for oil change last year at Riata service). Poor communication and felt I was overcharged. We bought our car at Riata and thought we would get better service there ...but have not! More
