We had a good experience with them a while back so we went here again when I needed a new car and they were just as great, came to me to test drive, negotiated (unlike some others who refused), delivere went here again when I needed a new car and they were just as great, came to me to test drive, negotiated (unlike some others who refused), delivered the vehicle and even offer complimentary service at your house for your 6 month appts. The dealership was fine with the standard service issues. However, there was a speciality service I requested & they were unable to perform. They claimed it was an issue unique with the Hybrid F-150. All that being said, you would think Ford corporate could assist them with the unique technical/electrical issue. The dealer indicated Ford corporate has no such dealer assistance network (which is ignorant of Ford if actually the case). I tried to directly contact Ford myself, to no avail. As such, it sounds like Ford corporate needs to step-up to offer better technical assistance to their dealer service departments on unique/new issues that arise with their vehicles.. The search to get my issue resolved will continue with non-Ford entities I guess. Thx. Mark- More
