I had an excellent experience with Reata Ford, beginning with our initial test drive in August 2022 through the ordering and delivery process in January 2023. Each member of the team that we interacted with was helpful, prompt, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, our questions were answered, and needs were met, right down to making sure we got the best possible rate on the truck. The truck we ended up with is awesome, and we'll be long-time Reata customers. This is the 3rd Ford dealership I've purchased from in various areas of the country and by far the best experience. More

I reserved my vehicle in August of 2021 and finally took delivery on Dec 30th, 2022. Throughout the nerve-wracking wait and the multiple re-orders for manufacture years, Riata, especially Joshua Esparza, wa delivery on Dec 30th, 2022. Throughout the nerve-wracking wait and the multiple re-orders for manufacture years, Riata, especially Joshua Esparza, was amazing at keeping me in the loop on how things were progressing and was always willing and quick to respond to any questions I had a long the way. A coworker also reserved the same vehicle around the same time but through a different dealer. Every time I shared an update on my vehicle, his response was always, “I have heard anything” or “I don’t know what’s going on with mine”. So glad I chose Riata! They also were able to beat the financing terms I had already secured. This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Riata highly enough. More
