Riata Ford - Service Center

My oil change was done in a timely manner. But when I wanted a less than 5 min. check of my car concerning a recall, I was told it could not be done. I live an hour from the dealership. I w But when I wanted a less than 5 min. check of my car concerning a recall, I was told it could not be done. I live an hour from the dealership. I was shuffled between service and fast lane. I felt as though I was treated as very un-valued and no one cared how far I drove or how inconvenienced it would be for me to come back again. Something that took such a small amount of time should have been dealt with for a customer who bought the car at this dealership and has all my service done at this dealership. I will not be returning. More
