I had an excellent experience with Reata Ford, beginning with our initial test drive in August 2022 through the ordering and delivery process in January 2023. I reserved my vehicle in August of 2021 and finally took delivery on Dec 30th, 2022. Throughout the nerve-wracking wait and the multiple re-orders for manufacture years, Riata, especially Joshua Esparza, wa delivery on Dec 30th, 2022. Throughout the nerve-wracking wait and the multiple re-orders for manufacture years, Riata, especially Joshua Esparza, was amazing at keeping me in the loop on how things were progressing and was always willing and quick to respond to any questions I had a long the way. A coworker also reserved the same vehicle around the same time but through a different dealer. Every time I shared an update on my vehicle, his response was always, “I have heard anything” or “I don’t know what’s going on with mine”. So glad I chose Riata! They also were able to beat the financing terms I had already secured. This was by far the best dealer experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Riata highly enough. More

I’m a 74 yr old woman. I was not satisfied with the manner I was treated or the explanations given. I received a recall on the flex plate and was told I had to pay $200 for I was not satisfied with the manner I was treated or the explanations given. I received a recall on the flex plate and was told I had to pay $200 for them to do a check to confirm flex plate broken or not! I was surprised but agreed cause I don’t want to drive a car with a broken flex plate. I left my car there and was called back the next day saying nothing wrong with my car. According to them, they performed a diagnostic test and found my car was fine. They said if in the future I had problems, the flex plate was still covered! I was not charged the $200 so I am confused and still wondering if they did check my car. One guy there told me he could just drive the car and tell me if the flex plate was broken or not. Not a good experience. More
