My last visit was terrible. The service advisor I had JD, did not call me back the entire day to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Instead of being able to get a ride I had to pay for a lyft and wait at work for an hour for it to arrive to finally get to Riata Due to the fact that no one called me back on the status of my car all day. Prior to that experience, I was disconnected twice when trying to schedule this appointment sent to mobile service that couldn’t even do the recall that I attempted to explain to the lady who sent me to Mobile anyway, and was on hold, that I actually took a screenshot of, for almost 30 minutes. Trying to schedule this appointment. One of the big issues I took it in for, found out once I finally got there they get my car they didn’t even complete it. And my work schedule is very limited on when I can get my car in. The next day because I complained when I picked up my car, I receive a call from I’m assuming it’s the new service manager? He acted like he didn’t know what was going on on the message I called back, didn’t even know the “call back” number. I called back and left a message with somebody’s number from HR? Now it’s been over a week and a half and no one there has given me a call back. More
I brought in my truck to be serviced which was done promptly and everyone was helpful and generally knowledgeable. I was somewhat disappointed the service dept. could not look at or quote me for a nee promptly and everyone was helpful and generally knowledgeable. I was somewhat disappointed the service dept. could not look at or quote me for a needed part - they said only parts could do that. :( It was also disappointing to hear they were discontinuing the perks program for oil changes after buying my truck from Riata. Looks like I'll be going to my local mechanic now since Riata is over 20 miles away. Take care Riata - it's been nice and sorry to see you go. Also no need for the sanitizing questions in the survey as it is N/A now. More

I picked up a part, returned it; was not able to get my reward points back. I had to wait on the manager who was on a meeting; I couldn’t wait as I had to pick up my daughter.
