JD is the man! I called in that the check engine icon came on. He said it could be a number of things and I should bring it in to be diagnosed. JD also warned me that due to the upcoming holidays, the diagnosis may take a few days and that my truck might have to be in the shop over the long weekend. I brought my truck in early Thursday morning and asked if it was diagnosed by Saturday and the truck was drivable, I would like to pick it up and return it when the parts came in. Later that morning, JD called that they diagnosed the truck, needed a part from Houston and I might be able to pick up the truck late Friday or Saturday morning. He also recommended the five-year maintenance that was due. On Friday morning, JD called that the truck was ready, they were able to source the part from the Buda. Tremendous turnaround by the mechanics and JD at Riata. More
