I would never reccomend Richart b/c when we tried to purchase a used car, they 1) Pressured us into buying a certain one 2) When we noticed a tire issue they fluffed it off until my tire was flat 3 day purchase a used car, they 1) Pressured us into buying a certain one 2) When we noticed a tire issue they fluffed it off until my tire was flat 3 days after purchase 3) Tried fixing it a few times but I still have to fill the tire every 3 weeks 4) Sold me a vehicle that was not only UNSAFE due to the deflating tire, but also has several mechanical issues that we had tried correcting since Day 1. I really wanted my Nissan Murano but Richart did not care about safety concerns, making sure their vehicles, whether used or new, would even work correctly. 5) I requested a carfax as to which they said they would supply me with and still have never received one and 6) Upon purchase they were trying their hardest to also pressure me into getting their insurance. They have people who work commission and only care about making their money, and don't care about the products they give to customers. More

This was my daughters first experience in buying a car from a dealership. the first visit we did not purchase the vehicle because we needed to get more money for our trade. Since this was more money than from a dealership. the first visit we did not purchase the vehicle because we needed to get more money for our trade. Since this was more money than what Ricart was able to offer, I decided to sell the car on Craigslist. The car sold the very next weekend. The Sales manager was extremely high pressure and manipulative in his sales tactics. He did not listen to what I was telling him and how I was unable to purchase the vehicle at that time. If it was not for the Sales Rep Chase Butcher, I would not of returned for a second visit to purchase the vehicle. I thought Chase did a great job in working with us. On the second visit we agreed to purchase the car. We sat down with an individual to arrange for financing the car and this individual was also very deceptive and manipulative in his presentation. I told him in no uncertain terms that were not interested in an extended warranty. As I salesperson, I understand that every good salesperson should not accept the first NO but a good salesperson should listen to the customer and drive value back into the ultimate solution for the customer. This finance guy did not do that. Even though we did purchase a new car 2 years ago from Ricart, based upon this latest experience I would not recommend purchasing a car from Ricart. More
I spent many hours reviewing what kind of car i wanted to purchase and it came to the point where the only thing holding me back was a test drive. Unfortunately the closest i got to a test drive was sitting purchase and it came to the point where the only thing holding me back was a test drive. Unfortunately the closest i got to a test drive was sitting in a car in the parking lot. The sales team was friendly enough, they held the door for me, but that was the best part of my hour and a half Ricart experience. After sitting in a few sharp cars I was ready to go for a drive. However, the sales guy wanted me to get approved at their financing department before he would let me take any cars out. I informed him that i had already been approved for a $30,000 loan at both chase and the local credit union. (The vehicles i was considering ranged between $10,000 and $20,000) Brandon told me he was one of the sales managers and couldn't let me take a car out without getting approved at his dealership first. His reason? Someone took a mustang GT out a couple years ago, wrapped it around a tree and killed the passenger. I silently thanked him for that delightful story and wondered what in the world that had to do with my credit. But i wanted a new car, so i allowed him to run my credit. After another half hour wait, where he disappeared, he popped up again to inform me that my credit was declined. There was the moment where i had had enough and decided to walk out. Upon getting home i saw a note online for one of the cars that i was looking at that read "HAVE A JOB? BRING YOUR LAST TWO PAY STUBS TO THE CREDIT FACTORY. WE HAVE GUARANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL AVAILABLE." This thoroughly pissed me off because i had taken time off from my two jobs to come buy a car from Ricart and wasn't even allowed to go for a test drive. Long story short, I went over to Germain Mazda the next day and within 10 minutes of walking in the door I was test driving a 2013 MazdaSPEED3. Not only did they hold the door for me, they offered me refreshments and paid attention to all of my questions. I bought the car by the end of the week and never looked back. Thanks Ricart for steering me in the direction of a far superior and respectful dealership, Germain Mazda. More
The dealer was very friendly, while never pushing any certain car towards me. The choice of car was clearly my choice and Shawn was there to do his best at getting it for me. Had a total loss on previous vehicle and was over charged almost six thousand dollars by a previous dealer. Brad worked very hard to find a vehicle to fit my needs and to get me another loan approval. ricart almost six thousand dollars by a previous dealer. Almost like they were trying to right another dealerships wrong. This is why I will never shop anywhere else. I strongly recommend ricart ford as the place to shop for new and used vehicles. Every employee was nice and very helpful and would direct you to the place you needed to be couldn't ask for a better experience. More
