Richard Kay has always taken fantastic care of me and my car. I used to go all over town for oil changes, new tires, and any other fixes but it has been a refreshing experience receiving consistent quality car. The convenience of being able to go there for everything and working with the same people who know what services have been done to my car makes the experience go smoothly. The service coordinater is always clear on explaining how long a service may take and what needs to be done to fix any issues I am having with my car. I would highly recommend Richard Kay. More
I took my van in for recall corrections. After being there for two weeks I was called to pick it up. I arrived a few hours later to be told it actually wasn't ready and wouldn't be until the next week. there for two weeks I was called to pick it up. I arrived a few hours later to be told it actually wasn't ready and wouldn't be until the next week. I insisted on taking my vehicle for the weekend and returning it on monday. My van was brought into the bay and couldn't believe what I saw. I was told my van had been in an accident prior to the appointment despite all of my inspections before purchase. My van indicated and accident all right. The dealership employee wrecked it, tried to paint it quickly and left a bunch of goof ups. Do you think you would know if someone painted your car if there was spray all over the place? People know their cars! The supervisors are still saying nothing happened. Mr Richard Kay insisted "nothing happened" even though he couldn't tell me what my vehicle looked like. Mr. Kay has had employees steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from him before yet he still chooses to trust them. I've hired an attorney, I wonder if he will still trust the one that is going to testify on my behalf? I loved my van now the exterior and the interior is ruined. They did not take care of my vehicle and now they are trying to make me go away by sending certified letters to me asking me not to come on the property, simply because I was asking questions about my vehicle.
